2/14 DorkTower and '90s TV Fandom

The names "Nigel" and "Adrian" rarely appear in such proximity as they do in this year's Valentine's Day DorkTower comic strip (not since Syndicon '97, anyway). Utter fanbrain coincidence? If not, someone please identify the other names in the final panel for me. ;-) In that scenario, I can place "Paul" on my own all right, but not "Charles" or "Malcom."
