I see the two episodes rather the other way around, of course.
In "I Will Repay," Nick tries to save human lives, even by the misguided means of making dying people vampires. In "Let No Man Tear Asunder," Nick gives in to Hans's importuning and to his base vampiric nature, and he murders someone to steal that human heart.
