Interesting. This is one of my favorite episodes. I particularly liked Dr. Noble.
The footage of Nick’s lying on his back tossing playing cards towards the ceiling also appears in another episode (although I don’t recall which one at the moment). I remember thinking it was odd that they would use some of the very same footage over again (excepting establishing shots).
Another thing I liked about this episode is the way Nick's and Stonetree's relationship. There are several scenes in the first season where I got the impression that Nick And Joe knew each other before Nick started working for him. There's a camaraderie between them that's more than just an employee/employer getting along. Nick is just a touch too informal.
