I actually did not know you were involved in some of our shared interests, particularly the old-school Marvel comics one! *fistbump of solidarity* I fell in love with Marvel comics in the mid-80s, long before it was cool. The other one that really jumped out at me is Robotech and Captain Harlock; man, that takes me back. I was going to ask how you found them, but then I realized that if you were still in Alaska at the time - I'm not sure how the timing works out for that - there is a possibility that you discovered them the same way I did, on the long-vanished Anchorage UHF cartoon channel from the 80s.
