I wouldn't say that ST:SNW is as good as TOS, TNG, or DS9 [yet?], and it does emerge from a crossover with Discovery, but I feel so far that it belongs in the TOS, TNG, DS9 category, rather than the Picard and Discovery category. (Voyager and Enterprise have their own in-between category in my head.) Good luck! I hope that if you try it, it suits you!
