I certainly think those would count as meta, but if not (and whyever not???), perhaps the Fanlore folks could give you some good information on the fannish preservation of them that would allow you to retain control over your own materials? I have used those items previously - especially your timeline - and they've been incredibly helpful with fic projects of mine.
