I, personally, enjoyed your extra text very much! I felt unsure about engaging with it in an opinionated way on the community -- not that anyone takes my opinions that much to heart ;-D -- while nominations were ongoing and I was being moderator-ly in the vicinity.

I would like to sneak back and comment on them as private-individual-me instead of public-moderator-me, after the poll is up...
