streaming HL:TR now available

For what I believe is the first time, Highlander: The Raven is now available for streaming on Amazon (per episode, $2.99 HD or $1.99 SD; for the 22-episode season, it's $19.99 HD or $14.99 SD) and also on Google Play (per episode, $1.99 HD; for the season, $25.99 HD).

Right now, the per episode HD price is much better on Google Play, while the whole season price is much better on Amazon. Only Amazon offers SD at this time (I think that Google Play doesn't do SD).

It's still available for free on Hulu, though the ads are nuts.
