See BSG78 on the big screen?

I stumbled across a "[Classic] Battlestar Galactica Trilogy" movie event announcement (on Fandango). 5 hours, 29 minutes. "Opens Saturday, March 11." It describes itself as a "double feature" for BSG78 "plus" some Galactica 1980. Listed:

• Battlestar Galactica: The Movie
  (BSG78, edited merge of "Saga of a Star World," episodes 1-3)
• Misson Galactica: The Cylon Attack
  (BSG78, edited merge of "The Living Legend," episodes 12-13, + "Fire in Space," episode 14)
• Conquest of the Earth
  (Galactica 1980, edited merge of "Galactica Discovers Earth," episodes 1-3, + "The Night the Cylons Landed," episodes 7-8)

That's all I know about the event. I presume they'll add places and times. I wonder whether it's an anniversary of some kind.

I do own all the footage on blu-ray. I doubt I'll devote 5+ hours to seeing these cuts in a theater by myself. But I do love these stories, in all their dated, mismatched, network-censored glory. If you know someone else who does, too, spread the word...?

I'd guess it was a memorial for Richard Hatch... maybe?

That's pretty awesome. I've seen screenings at cons on projector screens, but never anything like this.
