I thought about participating in the 90's channel TV exchange, but I have almost the same problems as you do. There are some shows from the 90's i love(d), but do I still know them well enough to write fics in these fandoms... Apart from Buffy, I doubt it. And even though Whedon is yuck, I still do love Buffy, and why should I ditch an amazing show? The actors did absolutely amazing, and I think it shows appreciation still watching it or writing fics in this fandom. Same goes for HP (F*** JKR!). I also love TNG, Voyager, Darkwing Duck and Dr. Quinn, (and other 90's shows) but since I've never watched them in English, and it's been a few decades... I think I'll pass on this exchange and only do FKFicFest. Writing has been quite hard for me lately due to writer's block and personal stuff, so I don't want to feel stressed when writing, so I'll concentrate on my fave fandom.
