FKFicFest '23 prompts election is live (for real this time)

Okay, for real this time! :-) The final fkficfest 2023 Prompt Selection Ballot is up. Get the details and vote! The poll closes on April 22. (My apologies for re-posting the poll. We can only replace them, not edit.)

In case it helps anyone else, here's what I'm doing to make my own voting entry very easy:

1. Copy/paste a plain-text list of the 26 prompts into a notepad file.

2. In the notepad file, re-group the prompts into 3 sets: most wanted, least wanted, middle.
3. Within each set, re-order the prompts from most to least favorite.
4. On the left of each prompt, number it (from 1 to 26).
5. Transfer the numbers from the notepad file to the poll form.
