Nintendo Switch 2 "Welcome Tour" game is not fun
I'd like to recommend against the "Welcome Tour" game on the Nintendo Switch 2. Judging from the first level only, it's not worth its modest price. It's not worth your time.
It's not fun.
That should be the mic drop, but I will add the key detail that it doesn't seem to have a track for people wholly new to the ecosystem. It seems to presume that the user is already familiar with the Switch 1 and wants to know what is better about the Switch 2.

The design is presented as going to a museum in the shape of a giant Switch 2 and walking around to all the exhibits, some of which are mini-games. I love museums, and this is my very first Nintendo device of my own, so I thought that the "Welcome Tour" would be for me. Nope. :-)

This is my first Nintendo device of my very own, not shared or borrowed, so I thought that the "Welcome Tour" would be right for me, even though the gamer fandom had sniffed at it. I should have listened to them. ;-)
To be very cheeky, it's almost like they played "Astro's Playground" and thought, "What if we did that, but without any of the characters or fun?"
