A used copy of FK's season three DVDs is currently available on Amazon for $29.95 + tax & shipping (or $33.43 all-included with Prime).

(As you know, season three often goes for ~$80. It went out of print early, sold fewer copies before it did, and isn't available for new streaming.)

This makes me doubly glad (even if I never watch any of it) that I bought mine when I did. I'd never have gone out of my way to track them down at this point, and at $80 a pop? Not likely either.

But I'm grateful to have the trio on my shelves.

The first two seasons being available streaming likely helps keep their DVD price down. Third season's unavailability, I believe (but of course don't know for sure), must be due to rights disputes.

Yes, I'm also glad to have my DVDs on my shelf from their first availability, for under $80. ;-)

I also have them all streaming, because it remains accessible to those who bought it in that format back when. I feel lucky with that. I came very close to missing that opportunity, not knowing the window would close.
