which Methos episode

In your opinion, what is HL's most characteristic Methos episode? That is, which episode has the character's most archetypal, exemplary, canonically representative and consistent patterns of speech and behavior?

I'm going to say Chivalry, because it has so many classic moments, but also it's the most recent one I watched. :)

Also going with Chivalry, mainly because of the range -- seeing Methos go from just-a-guy to cold-lethal and back.
