Saturdaymorningex about to release

I suspect that making things due at exactly midnight anywhere may always bring some confusion.

It seems that [community profile] saturdaymorningex, per today's mod post, will release its stories tonight, at 12:00am Friday Eastern (9:00pm Thursday Pacific), instead of tomorrow at those times, although the loading due date last week, with the same "12:00am Friday Eastern" listed, had actually been the Saturday/Friday midnight, not the Friday/Thursday midnight (I'd specifically asked).

Also from that same mod post today, it appears that multiple pinch hits were necessary. That surprised me, because (1) the mod didn't make any public posts seeking pinch hits that I saw, neither on the [community profile] saturdaymorningex DW nor on any of the DW communities that I subscribe to, so I'm curious where the mod found pinch-hitters (lovely personal friends?) and (2) there were 19 stories in the exchange's collection from when I loaded my own last Friday to today, and now there are 20; from 19 to 20 looks like a singular pinch hit, not plural? Hmmmm. Maybe there are one or more yet to load tonight. Regardless, many, many thanks to the generous folks who stepped in to pinch hit! You've made the event work for everyone. Exchanges couldn't run without you!

I did read your bus pass/draft -- I meant to go back and read it again to offer suggestions, but things got away from me. I hope someone else was able to offer useful help.

Oh, man, I'm sorry. I wasn't paying attention.

Well, and I should have said "draft," but for some reason the word eluded me. I can only blame my own morning brain.
