Back to that specific hairbrush prompt in this year's fkficfest game, off the top of my head, here are some (by no means all) of the blond characters who might perhaps be evoked, in the present or in memory:

• Nick and Fleur. Lacroix and Divia. Richard, Sara, and Amy Lambert. Tracy and Barbara Vetter. Urs.
• Sylvaine, Alyssa, Rebecca, Gwyneth, Tawney Teller, Katherine Barrington, Alix Logan, Helen Ruskin-Slater, Jerry Tate, Lucy Preston, Anne Foley, Johanna Shea
• Alexandra, Alma

(Nick, Lacroix, Richard, and Jerry Tate were the only male blond characters who leaped to mind. I'm sure there are many more.)

(Not a lot of red-haired characters in FK, are there? Francesca and...?)

- Serial killer from “Hunted” (not sure they gave her a name)

- Danny from “The Fire Inside”

- Celeste from “A Fate Worse Than Death”

- Maaaaybe Bruce Spencer from “Outside the Lines” (can’t quite remember, I’d need to see it again)

I also don’t remember red-haired characters. Didn’t even recall about Francesca!

Ooooh, a wig is a most excellent thought for someone to make use of this prompt! It potentially turns the hair in the hairbrush into a clue for a mystery, not just a trigger for a flashback.
