Hung by the Chimney (Fandom Stocking 2011-2012)

Medie and her elves have begun hanging the stockings (i.e. posting the wishlists) over at fandom_stocking. It's not too late to submit your own! (Sooner beats later, though, so people have a chance to notice yours as they browse and plan.) Mine is here. So far, only two hung stockings request FK, but fourteen request HL.

Use their fandom tags to find requests you might like to fill (or fills you might like to read, come 01/06). A few that I'll want to check up on:

Thank you for the reminder. I won't post a stocking, but I'm going to wander over and see what I can fill. Maybe DOING something this December will keep it from being a horrible time for me?

I would be excited to get to see fills from you! If you do that, please either share links, or let me know into which fandoms to peer to discover your contributions. (And of course please call on me to beta, if that suits.)

I amazed myself, last year, with what I managed to accomplish in the way of fills for this game. It was a very fun obsession for a couple of weeks. And I enjoyed all the nice responses people left me, most especially the thoughtfulness of two items that had clearly been targeted to my wishlist to the very best of each individual's ability.

I would love you to have a happy and comfortable December (for a change)...

(For some, I've seen, the no-commitment format makes this game less intimidating, to ask and to answer alike. I had a lot of fun last year hitting every stocking that requested FK. Whether I can repeat, I have no idea!)
