3 FK flashback ponderings

skieswideopen has very generously been helping me brainstorm for my fkficfest/fkficfest assignment. We've bumped into a few FK flashback ponderings that I think I can open up generally to everyone. I think that these won't reveal which prompts I received (or what I might do with them; I don't yet know, myself!).
