Vote for the final FKFicFest '21 prompts by Sunday night

If you haven't yet voted for the final 3 prompts in fkficfest '21, please do! Every community member is invited to vote. Which prompts would you most like to read or to write? Which do you believe will make the happiest fest?

The ballot is open until 10pm (Pacific) on Sunday, March 7. Vote on it!

I haven't voted because I have a strong feeling of "none of the above". Every single one of the original prompts that I voted for ended up not being on the final list.

I can probably work with a few of these, but none of them are sparking any interest at the moment.

I don't understand. That shouldn't be possible. Did I make a terrible mistake?

Every prompt that got even 1 vote in the eliminations/primary is on the final ballot. That's why there are 11 of them.

I am going to check your votes right now.

OK. I may owe you an apology here. I think the only one I voted for that didn't make the list was the Pete Seeger. But I honestly cannot remember at this point. None of the ones I'm seeing look familiar to me. If I voted otherwise, I'd love to know so I can correct both my misunderstanding and my reluctance to vote in this phase.

Now I'm chagrined and also amused at myself as those are the two I voted for again!

Thank you for voting! I am so sorry for the misunderstanding -- what a horrible, unfair feeling you must have felt, looking at the ballot and not seeing choices you knew as yours!

I am not thrilled with this year's voting and tabulation methods, as I was also not thrilled with last year's. I need to keep looking for a better way to find the most widely and deeply popular picks. I know we must have more in common... and yet we are FKdom. We have nothing and everything in common. :-)

It looks to me like both of the prompts that you voted for in the eliminations are on the final ballot (as they should be).

Did Dreamwidth mis-record your choices?!?

I changed the order of the prompts between the eliminations round and the final ballot.

Is that perhaps the problem, you were looking for them in the same order as on the previous round...?

Apologies. I have voted now. I'm sorry about the Pete Seeger (which I'm fairly sure I voted for ...) but I found a few that might work, at least tangentially.

I'm glad that it's working out in the end, and I'm so sorry for what you may have felt before! Please, please do bop me on the head if something looks awry. I am so likely to have made a mistake somewhere.
