Looking forward to FKFicFest

fkficfest pre-game survey as soon as I can, probably this weekend.
I imagine that we'll play challenge style again. (I'm open to giving exchange style one more try if there's really a huge desire for it, but I'm reluctant for all the same reasons we made the change.) I expect we'll elect 3 prompts in common, and that I'll figure out the ranked-choice-voting logic better this year. :-) I feel that the rules look fairly sound -- we smoothed them down a bit last year, a la the new 500-word minimum -- but if we should drop or upgrade any rules, please let me know.
I'm thinking perhaps early May? Not too long after Passover and Easter? But if we're to have 2 months to write, that means we need prompts or matches decided by early March!
