These user-pic icons come from a batch I made for leela_cat in December, when she was writing her first FK fiction in a very long time.  Those stories mostly starred Janette and Nick, so these icons do, too.  She picked the icons she wanted; these twenty others are available if you would like them.  For a change, they're text-free.

What episode is #10 from? Why is Nick in sunlight?

DFF lightening

That's a flash of lightening from "Dying for Fame," actually. You're right that it looks a great deal like sunlight; I hadn't thought about that before. It is so fleeting until you capture it in a still. I've always known that the storm harmonizes with his mood in that scene, but I hadn't considered that those brief flashes of lightening light ara a kind of tease of daylight, and perhaps that's why Nick chose to sit on his windowsill that time, when he normally angsts on his rug.

I believe that's the only lightening storm in the series.

Good for that director and crew! "Dying for Fame" is my favorite episode. Finding something new to appreciate in it is outstanding. Thank you.

I can't wait for them to digitally remaster the show so that all of the screenshots don't look so damn fuzzy. It'll probably take 10 years before they just go about doing that for every show, but I have faith that EVENTUALLY they will make it to FK.

Thanks! I'm glad you like that "Crazy Love" icon. I believe that Janette wears that dress in three episodes, but I honestly can't place the others just now. It is the one she wears in the second season cast photo, though.
