everywoman exchange released its 2023 stories, still anonymous, overnight! Specifically at one minute before midnight.
I have not yet read the story written for my prompt, and may not be able to do so before leaving for work this morning, but I see that it is "Duty To Each Other" (BSG78; G, gen; ~3K words) starring Sheba and Cassiopeia. I'll look forward to reading it!
