• oldschoolfic, a ficathon for canceled series, is holding a "Springtime Serenade" game. Sign-up through 02/29 (stories due 04/30).
• rarewomen, a ficathon for rare women characters, has sign-ups though 02/08 (stories due 04/30).
• scifibigbang opens sign-ups in February.
• halfamoon, a fest for all women characters, runs 02/01-02/14.
• month_of_meta/month_of_meta will celebrate analysis, discussion and essays in March. Sign-up 02/15-02/29.
• casestory/casestory is holding a "big bang" for procedurals (in FKdom: "cop plots"). Sign-ups are open; posting begins in June.
• cesperanza opened a "Canadian Shack 10th Anniversary Party" (500 words landing the characters in a shack in the Canadian wilderness).

No, you didn't miss anything - that's all me. There was a lot of behind-the-scenes emailing between me and trobadora about where to promote the fest closer to time, but in all of that I completely forgot that I had never said anything at my journal! So I'll fix that in the next day or two. January totally got away from me - I can't believe it's February already!
