For May, in Forever Knight, in my corners of social journaling, here's what I spotted:

Ficathons, Fests and Communities

fkficfest/fkficfest matches went out to thirteen (13) writers and artists on 5/19! Stories come due 7/27.
See FKFicFest Promos on: fandomcalendar, last_writes, oldschoolfic and femme_fic.
Assorted Currently Interesting Communities: rarepairfest, tv_talk, smallfandomfest and fanart_recs.
ForKni-L: The list is conducting a "Like It's 1992" episode-by-episode discussion from "Dark Knight" forward. (I don't normally include the email lists in this bulletin, but I thought some of you might like to know!)

Fanfiction
1 FK work on AO3 currently shows May 2013 as its publication date (it's a podcast).

Meta (Essays, Analysis, Discussion)

5/23: [Locked] mentioned planning to read FKFicFest stories this year, although not writing.
5/21: melissatreglia described her first reaction to her FKFicFest match slate.
5/20: argentum_ls posted a FKFicFest "Dear Author" letter.
5/09: havocthecat promoted FKFicFest in specific and FK in general.
5/07: pj1228 shared her FKFicFest "Dear Author" letter.
5/01: pj1228 contemplated her potential prompts for FKFicFest.

Airings
As usual, Chiller has no plans to air FK in June (or July). However, Amazon streams FK for $1.99/episode or $29.99/season; the DVDs are also available... and the German DVDs, too!
